Hello, my name is Giovanna Nicola-Menke. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a compassionate and client-centered approach, dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate challenges and create meaningful change. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices, I help clients build awareness around their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and develop practical skills for coping and growth.
