A lot of us are unaware of our core beliefs and how much they impact every part of our life. I will help you identify the beliefs that are preventing you from becoming the best version of yourself. As we peel back the onion I will teach you how to meet every part of yourself with compassion. My hope is that throughout our time together you will create a new vision for your life that is not tainted by your past or your limiting beliefs. I am passionate about working with many populations but I am most passionate about working with individuals and families affected by addiction. I have seen firsthand the destruction that addiction can cause to the individual and their loved ones. I have also seen individuals and families be restored with the right support and guidance.
