I create an environment for my clients where they feel safe, encouraged and gain confidence to create the changes they want to make in their life. I ensure confidentiality and work with them to identify what isn't working for them and the steps to take to create a future where they feel empowered and happy. Seeking counseling isn't always easy, so I provide a place of comfort and trust so my clients feel at ease. I have over 25 years experience in community mental health and private practice.
