Seeking counseling is one of the bravest things one can perform. Living in a chaotic world, stressors can come from all directions and finding peace can feel almost impossible at times. You are not alone and there is a solution. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida, and a LMHC limited permit in New York. I have a master’s degree in clinical mental health and rehabilitation counseling from Florida Atlantic University. I am also a certified rehabilitation Counselor. I have a strong passion for helping others, which has grown from working with disadvantaged youth and young adults in my community.
