Life can be difficult and overwhelming at times. Sometimes we feel discouraged, hopeless, or stuck in the same thoughts and behaviors. My name is Katie Khrestsov, and I desire to meet you where you are and offer an environment where you can be truly known and accepted. My counseling style is empathetic, genuine, and interactive. Together we will work from a place of empowerment, learning and discovery to strengthen some of the positive skills and resources you already have, while adding more tools that will equip you to pursue greater mental health.
