About
The strategies that once kept you safe may now be keeping you stuck. Anxiety, malaise, and relational challenges can signal that old ways of being no longer fit the life you want. Maybe you’ve spent years being accommodating and attuned to others—only to feel drained, or like you’ve lost your voice in the process. When we begin to care for ourselves in new ways, things shift. We stop settling. We name what we need, recognize when a job or relationship has run its course, and trust ourselves more fully. As your relationship with yourself changes, so does what’s possible. View 4 Photos The unconscious speaks up in creative ways—intuition and inspiration, forgetfulness or slip-ups, dreams, and symptoms. My approach is depth-oriented, drawing from Jungian, psychoanalytic, relational, and attachment-based frameworks. We’ll listen for what your psyche is communicating and what it’s inviting to come forward.
