I provide individual counseling to help people move through periods in their life that may cause them distress, and help them identify the tools to navigate the uncertainty or challenges they may be facing. I have been a practicing therapist and clinical supervisor for over 10 years and, through this experience, I have been privileged to work with a variety of individuals to help them navigate uncertain times. Through implementing empathy, rapport building, humor and goal setting I aim to help others feel that change is possible.
