My ideal client is trying to balance where they come from with where they’re going. They might feel torn between family expectations and their own needs, or unsure how to break generational patterns. Some are moms trying to better understand their kids. Many are first-gen or multicultural, carrying a lot but wanting more ease, clarity, and connection. They’re looking for a space where they feel seen and supported as they figure things out. I support individuals and families through a trauma-informed and attachment-focused lens that honors the whole person and the relationships that shape us. My approach is warm and grounded, creating space for people from all backgrounds to explore their stories, heal, and grow.
