I believe that healing from loss is possible. I use traditional psychotherapy and counseling, and also offer complimentary approaches such as meditation, imagery, breath work, spirituality and mindfulness for those who prefer a more progressive and creative approach. My work has been borne out of a twenty year span of practice as well as having experienced my own losses. I offer services that support my clients through all stages of grief including time spent in hospice, memorial service planning, and support groups for the loss of cherished ones including beloved animal companions.
