My goal as a therapist is to help adolescents and adults live the life they desire. Your unique story, your strengths, and your goals matter to me. I chose to enter therapy from a social work background because I believe in social justice. The values of social justice continue to be the core of my practice. My clinical approach blends traditional CBT/talk therapy with mindfulness and body-based therapies. I am a flexible clinician. I believe every person is multifaceted, and my interest is in finding the approach that resonates best for you. My clinical approach is also trauma-informed and I practice gender-affirming therapy.
