Greetings, I am a therapist who has more than 25 years of experience providing services to individuals, couples and families who are seeking growth and understanding as they navigate life challenges and opportunities. I believe that learning about our strengths will help us to resolve personal challenges and increase self awareness. I believe in strength based therapy as well as goal directed therapy to resolve various challenges to include anxiety, depression and self doubt.
