I’m committed to creating a warm, nonjudgmental space where healing and growth feel possible. I provide individual therapy and psychological assessments for ages six and up, along with couples therapy. My training spans behavioral health hospitals, outpatient clinics, and medical settings. I’ve worked with individuals across diverse ages, cultures, identities, and backgrounds. I practice through a relational-cultural and person-centered lens. I incorporate DBT, ACT, and other evidence-based tools to help build self-care, manage day-to-day stress, and understand how past experiences may carry into the present.
