My ideal client is someone who may feel isolated, stuck, lost, misunderstood, and despite all of those feelings, has the strength to wake up and face each day. If you struggle with low self-esteem, guilt, and shame, know that you are not alone and that you are resilient. I am passionate about ensuring that you feel safe, heard, and empowered in your healing journey. You are the expert on your life, not me, so we will work together in collaboration on what you want from therapy.
