I meet clients where they are at in their journey and tailor to their individual needs in a collaborative way. The way we conceptualize ourselves, relationships, and the world around us greatly impacts our feelings and day to day functioning. Discovering where these thoughts come from and what relationships throughout our development have led to how we think about ourselves and others, can be an important first step to healing. Learning these skills in a safe relationship has shown positive efficacy in our ability to change.
