Offering in-person/telehealth in CT and telehealth in MA. Welcome! I am a LCSW with a Master of Social Work from Simmons College and a BA in Psychology from the University of Connecticut. My work has primarily focused on supporting individuals and families who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, transitional life stages, and adjustments. I have worked in various settings throughout my career including health centers, schools, community mental health clinics, and group practice. With experience doing in-home therapy, outpatient therapy, and integrated behavioral health working with children, adolescents, and adults. My approach to therapy focuses on empowering individuals to identify and utilize their strengths to build skills in overcoming challenges and reaching their goals. I believe in the importance of building a trusting, therapeutic relationship, and a non-judgmental and empathetic atmosphere that creates space for growth and change.
