Life’s challenges can leave us feeling disconnected, stuck, or overwhelmed. I believe that healing happens through connection, with both ourselves and others, and I provide a supportive space to uncover patterns that may be holding you back. I support clients of all ages, with a focus on those navigating trauma and grief. I work with interpersonal trauma, including intimate partner violence, attachment wounds, and betrayal trauma. By exploring how early relationships and experiences shape present emotions and behaviors, I also help clients gain insight and build healthier connections.
