I provide trauma-informed therapy for connection and liberation: relational therapy for couples experiencing conflict and disconnection, and individual therapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, executive functioning challenges, shame, trauma, self-abandonment, and life transitions. I'm passionate about working with neurodivergent clients, including mixed-neurotype couples and late-diagnosed adults, and clients who have experienced ruptures or trauma in relationship and are seeking to unlearn old patterns. I work toward increased responsiveness and security in relationships, both between partners and with self.
