I help individuals resolve their depression, anxiety and low self-esteem as a result of abuse, neglect or infidelity using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Brainspotting (BSP) Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Somatic Experiencing (SE) along with Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and talk therapy!
