I am passionate about supporting individuals who are navigating challenges with self-esteem and self-worth, particularly during difficult or transitional times. I have a special interest in working with women experiencing infertility and pregnancy loss, and I am dedicated to educating women on the vital connection between women’s health and mental well-being. My work also includes supporting individuals healing from complex trauma through EMDR therapy, as well as helping children and teens manage anxiety, anger, and social stress.
