I hold space for individual adults and couples. From depression and anxiety, to life transitions, addiction, identity and relationship problems, I start wherever the client is and work collaboratively towards understanding. Whatever the obstacles between a client and their sense of meaning, purpose, authenticity or alignment, I help them move towards growth and change. I bring awareness and sensitivity to systemic oppression and intergenerational trauma that affect us all in different ways, and I respect the inherent wisdom of my clients' psyches to strive towards wholeness.
