As a deaf/hearing-impaired former student-athlete, I bring lived experience and clinical expertise to my work with adolescents, adults, and student-athletes. I specialize in supporting individuals with ADHD, anxiety, depression, and performance challenges, including the yips, helping clients build focus, confidence, and coping skills to thrive in school, work, or athletics. I use a collaborative, strengths-based approach, blending CBT and sports psychology. Many clients come feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or blocked. Together, we create practical strategies to boost focus, emotional regulation, resilience, and overall well-being.
