Greetings! My name is Hayden and I believe seeking therapy is a courageous step. My practice specializes in providing support to anyone along the perinatal spectrum. Whether you are entering parenthood or returning, adding to your village can be a challenging task. My aim is to make your perinatal journey one of empowerment and ease. My therapeutic philosophies align with evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches, such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and mindfulness. I am passionate about providing queer, trans and non-binary-informed and affirmative care. I am available to provide therapeutic support to parents of all types: birthing, non-birthing, and adoptive.
