Starting therapy can cause mixed emotions and finding a good fit between therapist and client is crucial. I’m an outpatient therapist, compliance director, and a clinical supervisor to those working towards licensure as a LICSW in MN. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults, especially those aged 13+. I’ve worked with various concerns and challenges over time, especially depression, anxiety, mood disorders, complex trauma, domestic violence, and those involved in the justice system. I believe therapy requires balance of acceptance and support with change, starting where the client is at to meet their individual needs.
