I work with individuals feeling stuck in old patterns or stress, who are ready to change. Change can feel vulnerable, but it is brave and often where healing starts. You are the expert in your journey and I am honored to be a supportive witness. I incorporate mindfulness techniques, “being with things the way they are”. I also use somatic experiencing to help individuals feel safer in their bodies. Selectively, I incorporate EMDR with clients who express readiness for reprocessing difficult experiences. It is a privilege to support others' journey back to themselves. I work primarily with adults who are managing life changes, stressors, overwhelm or symptoms of mood disorders. I am trained in Somatic Experiencing (advanced level) and in EMDR. I also often rely on Internal Family Systems techniques to aid in developing confidence and clarity.
