Welcome! I'm so glad you made it here! Life can feel really overwhelming at times. No matter what you are navigating in life, you don’t have to go through it alone. I'm an LPC and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC), and I’m passionate about helping people move from surviving to thriving. My approach is holistic and collaborative, drawing from evidence-based therapies like CBT and ACT. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back and build psychological flexibility to move forward. I work with individuals ages 13+ to address a wide range of challenges, some of which include: addictions, anxiety, depression, body image, spirituality, infertility, relationship issues, personal growth, and life transitions.
