Hi, I'm Heather! I'm a mental health counselor with a Master's of Education who specializes in work with adolescents and adults as they navigate living lives with complex needs and identities. My goal is to provide an environment where you can speak freely and be understood, so that we can use your strengths to decide how to move forward. The goal of our work together is supporting you through life's challenges and offer the tools needed to overcome them. Through this work, we can identify, name, and ultimately overcome the difficulties you experience.
