Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Florida. I received my Masters from Saint Leo University and have over 20 years of clinical experience serving children, teens, adults, and families in a variety of settings: Community Mental Health and School Social Work. Especially helping clients with stress, relationship issues, parenting, family conflict, addictions (eating disorders and/or substance use), depression, anxiety, grief, ADHD, low self-esteem, women's issues, trauma, behavioral concerns, and mood disorders. In our first session together, we engage in building rapport and getting to know each other. We will focus on the reason(s) that brought you to therapy, along with praising you for asking for help. We will begin our discussion on what you are hoping to get out of coming to therapy and come up with a game plan on how best to achieve this.
