I have always felt called to be of service to others. Over the past 6 years, I have offered therapeutic services to individuals and families across a wide range of ages, backgrounds, and abilities in outpatient, inpatient, and community settings. I have supported clients in navigating various mental health and life challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, identity exploration, executive function and communication differences, role changes, life transitions, etc. If you are having a hard time and would like support in navigating challenges, please consider contacting me.
