You’re painfully hard on yourself…You feel like you are going crazy…You feel like you can’t trust yourself or anyone else and you wonder when those sleepless nights will ever end. There is another way! You can start to believe that you are ENOUGH and you MATTER! My 'heartbeat' is to guide women to find emotional freedom! I will help you to understand that most personal struggles and relationship issues actually stem from the relationship you have with yourself, which is rooted in trauma or difficulties experienced in childhood/early adulthood.
