At my core, I am curious about relationships: how they have shaped us, how we feel in them, how we can grow and change and feel better in them even after years of struggle. As adults, we often reach a point where we realize that some of the strategies we used to make it safely through earlier parts of our lives have run their course, leaving us feeling stuck or disconnected or just unhappy. Whether you arrive on your own or in a relationship of any type, I work to build an accepting space for you to explore and even practice trying different ways of being that are in greater alignment with your core feelings and values. Many of my clients arrive after struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and relationship challenges. Many of my clients in relationships arrive together after experiencing conflict around communication, trust, sex, and parenting. And many of my adult families seek help working through old family roles and patterns, craving supportive connection.
