Hello, ahlan, kumustaka, I'm Heba! I specialize in supporting individuals and couples who hold multiple cultural identities, and experience chronic stress, anxiety, or depression. Many clients begin therapy with me to heal from past trauma, process the weight of our current political climate, receive support in navigating family or relationship conflicts, unexpected life events, or to gain a deeper understanding of their cultural, religious or familial identity—coupled with the day to day stress of balancing a career, family, social life, health and wellness, and a sense of self.
