My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard and understood. I work collaboratively with people as they explore their experiences and create the changes they want in their lives. I have experience with all ages, focusing on adolescents and adults. Much of my work involves life transitions, depression, anxiety, trauma, and emotion regulation. I especially enjoy supporting young adults as they move into adulthood and helping clients shift long-standing patterns to move forward with clarity and confidence.
