My name is Tenaj O’Dell, I completed my Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology in the fall of 2023 from Southern Nazarene University. I am currently a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate in the state of Colorado. While I am located in the San Luis Valley I currently offer both in person and telehealth sessions I am committed to walking alongside you in your journey towards healing and spiritual growth. My approach integrates faith with traditional counseling techniques to offer you support, understanding, and practical tools rooted in biblical principles.
