Do you feel stuck? Unmotivated? Confused by your thoughts and feelings? Life happens and sometimes it can hit hard. My motivation and passion for counseling stem from an innate desire to help others. We can encounter many trials and tribulations on this journey of life, and often times feel stuck and helpless. I want to help guide you through these challenges to feel empowered, and find the strength to lead a fulfilling life. I have been told I am relatable, empathetic, and provide a calm disposition, especially during times of stress and anxiety. I have worked with children, adolescents and adults in a multitude of settings, whom presented with concerns such as: depression, anxiety, loss, academic issues, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship troubles.
