Hi there- I’m Holly. Thanks for stopping by! I specialize in treating complex trauma, specifically early childhood trauma. I believe in the strength we have as humans and I want to see you find that in yourself. I believe in the process of therapy and know firsthand how powerful it can be to have someone else bear witness to your journey. It is the best feeling to find peace within yourself and I want to support you in finding that. My modalities I use are: EMDR (eye movement desensitization reprocessing), internal family systems, relational therapy and my sessions tend to be psychodynamic in nature. I am collaborative and supportive when working with my clients and know that this process is both vulnerable and sacred and want to honor that in our time together.
