Life can be challenging sometimes. In my work, I try to provide a safe space where those challenges can be explored and new possibilities can be discovered. I work collaboratively to help you re-discover your strengths and use these to deal more effectively with your struggles. I have been working with individuals, couples, families and groups for 15-plus years. I have worked with a variety of problems and populations including, but not limited to: relationship issues, depression, anxiety, grief, self-esteem, life transitions, student coaching (individually and in group), (foreign) students, immigrants, acculturation problems.
