I work with women, men, and couples navigating the middle stretch of life — where parenting, aging, career fatigue, and grief often collide. Many of my clients are high-functioning but quietly overwhelmed, holding everything together while feeling disconnected, anxious, or burnt out underneath. They may be raising children, caring for aging parents, rethinking their careers or relationships, or simply waking up with a deep sense that something needs to change. Most aren’t in crisis, but they’re done with pushing through. They want space to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and move towards a more fulfilling and authentic life.
