Inner Lakes Therapy is a warm and welcoming virtual group practice. We specialize in working with ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, and trauma while prioritizing safety and affirming care. All of our clinicians are BIPOC allied and LGBTQIA+ and ND affirming, if not members of these groups themselves. We do our best to both align with strong social justice values and provide empowering and destigmatizing therapy. We are open, body-positive, sex-positive, kink-affirming, and non-judgmental.
