My clients are typically seeking support in overcoming trauma (PTSD), managing stress, anxiety, depression, ADHD, engaging in gender exploration, identify as LGBTQIA+ youth, or adjusting to life transitions. When working with my clients and families I recognize the unique challenges and opportunities each developmental stage presents.
