I have experience working with college students, young adults and adolescents during life transition phases. I work with individuals navigating a wide range of life challenges, including anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, and periods of personal transition. My approach to therapy is grounded in compassion, authenticity, and collaboration. Drawing from client-centered therapy, behavioral techniques, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I can support clients in building insight, developing coping strategies, and moving toward a more balanced and meaningful life.
