I provide a warm and non-judgmental space to witness, hold, and seek understanding of your pain and grief as much as your joy and wonder. Together we will explore the many facets of your ever-evolving self, as well your relationships to the people and environments around you. I work with individuals, couples/partners, and families of all ages. My therapeutic expertise is centered around developmental trauma, complex ptsd, and cumulative grief and the continued impact these experiences have on one’s ability to connect with themselves and others. My approach is collaborative, creative and holistic. You are an expert and active participant in your own healing. I am merely a guide in deconstructing limiting narratives, shining light on your strengths and exquisite complexities, and diving into the depths of your inner world to better understand who you are today, and who you dream to continue becoming.
