I believe that what often brings people to therapy are troubles with unknown aspects of themselves. Working from a psychoanalytic approach, I offer a warm, collaborative experience through which to encounter and more deeply understand these forces. Emotional experience, desire, conflicts, dreams and history are all part of this exploration. I’ve found it is through such understanding that one can move from suffering toward a more expansive sense of possibility.
