Welcome to my therapy practice! My name is Ivy Zeller, MA, LCMHC. I am a Vermont licensed clinical mental health counselor with a private practice located in Montpelier, VT. I have been serving families in a variety of helping roles since 1997. I now specialize in treating adults (18+) who struggle with anxiety, depression, grief, parenting issues, trauma, shame, substance use, and financial independence. I also assist individuals who are in the midst of major life transitions either in their relationships or workplace.
