Hello, I'm Keith. I have been working in the counseling field for about 20 years working with children, adolescents, and adults. I understand that it can be difficult to take that first step and seek help, but by working together, I am sure we can make this a positive and helpful relationship. I have experience working with a wide range of mental health issues, and seek to provide a safe environment for individuals to explore how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors impact their quality of life, as well as the lives of those around them. I meet my clients where they are and work with them toward reaching their goals. My experience includes working with individuals who have suffered with abuse issues, self-esteem problems, ADHD/ impulse control, school issues, anxiety and depression, anger, as well as other mental health issues. I have worked with individuals of all ages 4- 65.
