We will work on being able to understand how your thoughts, feelings, and actions all interact with each other. Rather than trying to get rid of your negative emotions we will learn how to make space for them while still honoring your values. You also will learn to identify your existing coping strategies and problem solving approaches to see what you think is going well and what needs to be adapted. I am here to help you learn how to enact change while also empowering your strengths.
