What have you survived that still haunts you? What is unfulfilled in your life? Very simply, what do you need? I'm here as a life coach to offer nonclinical guidance, to be a teammate on your journey to becoming the version of yourself you dream of. I'm experienced working with life transitions and experiences like parenthood, divorce, disability, chronic illness, family of origin issues, LGBTQIA+ experiences of all kinds, neurodivergence, raising trans kids, adoption and foster care, disordered eating, helping-profession burnout, living through our current political reality, and the many kinds of traumas that humans survive.
