At Sunrise Counseling my hopes are to help you find confidence, direction and to experience life in the best possible way. My goal is to walk with you and to see yourself in a new light. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor that enjoys working with children, adolescents, and individual adults. For the past ten years, I have provided counseling services helping clients find strength and hope in a different situation. My background is working with life stressor, adjustment, anxiety, depression, ADHD (children and teens), and trauma.
