My practice is grounded in warmth, curiosity, and deep respect for each person's inner world. I work with individuals and families who are trying to make sense of their stories—especially when those stories have been shaped by experiences of feeling unseen, misunderstood, or unwelcome. Many of my clients are navigating religious or cultural trauma, identity-based rejection, or major life transitions that can leave them feeling untethered. Drawing from psychodynamic and attachment-based frameworks, I help clients explore the deeper roots of their pain while building confidence to live more freely in the present.
