As a trauma-informed mental health counselor, and a certified EMDR therapist, I am passionate about helping individuals reclaim their sense of self and autonomy after experiences that may have left them feeling powerless or hopeless. Drawing from my training in EMDR, DBT, I-CBT, and play therapy, I tailor each session to meet the unique needs of my clients.
