My areas of specialty are; supporting neurodivergent individuals and their families with finding acceptance, as well as with adolescents who are struggling with regulating their mood, emotions, or impulses. With both populations, I emphasize establishing healthy relational patterns, improving boundaries, acceptance, psychoeducation, and skill building. I have also found success working with young adults with ADHD who are struggling to manage executive skills leading to anxiety and stress. The intersection of trauma with above populations is salient and I invite clients experiencing anxiety and depression as a result. I believe an authentic and trusting relationship is fundamental to growth and essential to successful therapy. I recognize that individuals have a unique story and experiences, I am sensitive and responsive to those differences. My practice is trauma informed and attachment focused, always infused with humor. I offer individual, family and group therapy.
